Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Sergio Rico has been in intensive care at Virgen del Rocio Hospital in Seville since late May following a horse-riding accident. After almost 3 months, he was discharged.

82 days after a life-threatening accident, Sergio Rico, a registered PSG player, has been discharged from hospital, where he had been on hiatus since the end of May.

Rico was in a coma for a while, but recovered in early July when he recognized his wife and family.

On Friday, Sevilla, the club he played for, released a photo of Sergio Rico leaving hospital with his wife.
