
Brent Lepistu (30 years old) played in the second part of the previous season in CS Mioveni, but could not save the team from relegation.
The Estonian player played only 9 matches for the Argesh group, and at the end of the 2022/2023 season, after only 6 months spent in Romania, he left for his homeland, Levadia. During his time as a Mioveni player, Lepista was visited by Anette Kontaveit (27), a former WTA runner-up.
The athlete finished his activities this summer, after the Wimbledon Grand Slam tournament, he came to Romania, but not for long. Unlike Kontaveit, Lepistu said that he encountered a certain negativity in our country: a discrepancy between promises and reality in terms of salaries.
