​Eugen Nyagoe has ended his spell on the Universitat Craiova bench after just seven months, and today the club announced the termination of his contract.

Eugen Nyagoe is no longer the coach of Craiova University.

Nyagoe (55 years old) has been coaching CSU Craiova since January 2023, and the group from Banje missed the most important goals: they finished in 4th place in the playoffs, did not enter the European Cups and could not pass the group stage of the Romanian Cup.

This season, CSU Craiova played against two teams that played last season in League 2: 2-0 with Dinamo Bucharest and 0-0 with Ocellul Galats.

The favorite to take Nyagoe’s place on Olten’s bench is Marius Šumudike. The contract ended after parting with Al-Raed, the 52-year-old technician commented on the rumours.
