Manchester United parted ways with David De Gea this summer a goaltender he’s relied on for the past 12 seasonsand his replacement was officially unveiled on Thursday.

Andre Onana, transferred to Manchester United from Inter Milan

“Devils” agreed with Milan “Inter” on the transfer of Cameroonian Andre Onana.

The English paid 52.5 million euros, and the player signed a contract until 2028 with an option to extend for another year.

Onana, 27, won three titles and two cups with Ajax Amsterdam before joining Inter in 2022.

Along with the Champions League finalist, the goalkeeper recorded the most number of clean sheets in the competition. He also won the Coppa Italia.

“Moving to Manchester United is an incredible honour, I’ve worked my whole life to get to this point.

Playing at Old Trafford for my goals and my contribution to the team will be a great experience.

This is the start of a new journey for me, with new teammates and ambitions to fight for,” Onana told the club’s official website.
