Almost two months have passed since FC Barcelona’s last match at the Camp Nou stadium, and the modernization work is progressing day by day.

On the footage that appeared on social networks, you can see how the equipment is working intensively, and part of the stands have already been placed on the ground.

The home of last season’s LaLiga winners has begun extensive renovations and next season the Catalans will have to play their home games at the 60,000-seater Montjuic Olympic Stadium.

Barcelona will play at the arena for just one season, returning to the Camp Nou in 2024, although the work will continue until the end of the 2025/26 season.

Note that in the 2024/25 season, Barcelona will return to play at Camp Nou, but only 50% of the arena’s capacity can be used.
