Juventus was relegated from the UEFA Conference League

Earlier this year, Juventus were seriously battered by the Prisma “fictitious capital gains” scandal.

In particular, the Torino group misrepresented financial losses for 2018-2020, and after an investigation the Italian Federal Court penalized the Torino team with 15 Serie A points.

The representatives of the club immediately filed an appeal, and in April the Appeals Committee decided that the points would be returned to the “Old Signora”.

However, Massimiliano Allegri’s wards continued to have problems.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, UEFA imposed sanctions on Juventus for the detected violations, and the Turinese were excluded from the Conference League for the next season.

Juventus decided not to appeal the sanctions, so that UEFA does not come up with additional measures for the 2024/2025 season.

Fiorentina will take Juve’s place in the third European Cup.
