Mauro Icardi suffered a professional meltdown following his €50 million move from Paris Saint-Germain. The top was rented last season in Turkey, and now the Parisians will sell it permanently for a very small amount.

Mauro Icardi will be permanently transferred to Galatasaray for 10 million euros

Mauro Icardi was considered one of the best strikers in Serie A in 2017. The Argentinian made waves at Inter and his performances caught the attention of Paris Saint-Germain.

After 219 matches and 124 goals for Inter, Mauro Icardi was sent to Ligue 1 in the summer of 2020 for €50 million.

Unfortunately, his love life affected his career and he was left on loan at Galatasaray last season.

There, Icardi revived his career and scored 23 goals in 26 appearances for Galatasaray, the team he won the Turkish title with.

Galatasaray know they will also need top players to impress in the UEFA Champions League, with Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reporting that the Turks have reached an agreement with PSG for Icardi’s permanent transfer.

The source mentions that the amount that Galatasaray will pay is 10 million euros, which is 5 times less than the French gave when they took him from Inter.

Alexandra Cikaldeu leaves Galatasaray

Last season on loan at Al Ittihad Kalba, Alexandru Sikaldeu will not stay at Galatasaray this season either.

Journalist Salim Manav announces that the Romanian international will be transferred to Istanbul Basaksehir, where he will become the best player, valued at €5 million by Transfermarkt.
