Sergio Rico woke up from a coma and no longer takes sedatives – the PSG player recognized his family

The end of May was not good for the goalkeeper of “Paris Saint-Germain” Sergio Rico.

The 29-year-old was involved in a riding accident in the Andalusia region after the horse he was riding became unmanageable.

He suffered neck injuries and a serious head injury and has since been admitted to the intensive care unit of the Virgen del Rocio hospital in Seville.

Almost a month later, the Iberian woke up from a coma and, according to his wife, no longer takes sedatives and even recognized his family.

“We have to be patient, but we are starting to see the right path for Sergio.” – said the wife of the “Paris Saint-Germain” football player Alba Silva.
