Kai Havertz, free way to Arsenal – Real Madrid have withdrawn from the race
Kai Havertz, who arrived at Chelsea in September 2020, became the player to bring the Champions League trophy to Stamford Bridge, scoring in the final against Manchester City in 2021.
Chelsea paid at least €80 million to sign him from Bayer Leverkusen and the German international has since gone on to make 139 appearances in the blue and white shirt.
Chelsea have left Mauricio Pochettino on the bench after a disappointing season and are now looking to sell some players who do not fit into the new coach’s plans.
Kai Havertz is one of the players Chelsea are willing to offload for a suitable price, with Real Madrid the first team to sign on the list. Madrid, however, refused to transfer the German, considering that Chelsea demanded a minimum of 70 million pounds in exchange for him.
Recently, journalist Fabrizio Romano wrote that the team, which finished second in the recently concluded Premier League season, is ready to buy the German player.

No personal problems.
Arsenal and Chelsea in contact – no chance of £75m but Chelsea will be flexible.

It remains to be seen whether the teams will agree on the amount. That’s because Bayern Munich are also keeping a close eye on Kai Havertz’s situation.
