Rapid Bucureşti continues changes in the composition before the new Super League season. Giulesti gave up three players on Wednesday, bringing the number of dismissals to seven.
Lucassen, Ongenda and Belu parted ways with Rapid
On the day of the summer training camp, the Rapid announced the parting ways with Kevin Lucassen, Hervin Ongenda and Claudio Belou, who were out of contract.
Belu was a starter in his first season at Giulesti, but has played in very few games this year due to injuries.
Dutch striker Kevin Lucassen, who arrived last summer, has failed to establish himself in front of goalscorer Marko Dugandzic, netting three times in 24 appearances.
Former Paris Saint-Germain man, Frenchman Erwin Ongenda arrived during the winter break and played just four games, failing to return to the form that saw him stand out at Botox.
Rapid also parted ways this summer with Damien Dussault, Younes Bnu Marzouk, Luban Krepulja and Antonio Sefer sold to Israel.
As for the new arrivals, Omar El Sawy (Csikszereda), Rezwan Oaide (FCSB), Christopher Brown (CFR Cluj) and Iulian Cristea (FCSB) will play next season in white and cherry.
