Cristiano Bergodi is no longer the coach of Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe

Cristiano Bergodi was appointed coach of Spesi in October 2021 and has won three trophies: two Romanian Cups and a Super Cup.

“Sepsi head coach Cristiano Bergodi will not renew his contract, which expires at the end of the season. During a personal meeting with the management of Sepsi OSK, Cristiano Bergodi explained that he needed new challenges.

At the same time, the contractual relations of second coach Luigi Ciarlantino and physical coach Ionel Colonel will also end by mutual consent.

Under the leadership of Cristiano Bergodi, Sepsi OSK won the Romanian Cup twice and the Super Cup once.

In this way, we want to thank them for all the activity they carry out under the colors of our club, and we wish them success in the future!” – Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe on Facebook.

As ProSport reports, the Italian’s place on the technical bench can be taken by Liviu Ciobotariu.
