Marketa Vondrousova lost only one game to Bianca Andreescu

In the second round of the tournament in Rome, Marketa Vondrousova made a real correction to Bianca Andreescu (31 WTA).

The player from the Czech Republic, who is ranked 70th in the WTA ranking, put an end to the match after only 56 minutes, during which she lost only one game.

In the third round, Vondrousova will meet Maria Sakkari (8 WTA). The athlete from Greece beat Barbora Strykova (1103 WTA) in the previous round with a score of 6-1, 6-3.

WTA Rome takes place from May 9 to 20 on the clay in the Foro Italico complex. His total prize money is $3,572,618 and is in the “WTA 1000” category. Iga Svyatek became the champion of the last two competitions. In Romania, the matches of the women’s table can be watched live on Digisport.
