Kristiansand – Rapid 40-31 (18-18), Women’s Handball Champions League quarter-final second leg

The Rapids failed to pull off a miracle in the eighth when they restored a six-goal deficit in the return game.

In the first match played in Bucharest, defending champions Vipers Christiansand won 31-25.

The first half in Norway was even, the score was even, neither team could pull away by more than two goals, and the score was 18-18 at halftime.

In the second half, the Romanians under the leadership of Kim Ramussen did not reach the opponent, and the ending brought a difference of 9 goals in favor of the Norwegians.

Grozav, Bucheski and Ostase became the main scorers of Rapida – 6 goals each, as well as Polman – 4 goals.
