From the 32 national teams at the start of the qualification, 20 will receive a “ticket” to the final tournament in 2024, which will be hosted by Germany from January 10 to 28. The two best teams from the eight previous groups, as well as four more teams from the 3rd place with the best ranking, will enter the 32 teams in the final tournament.

Four teams qualified directly: hosts Germany, along with 2022 runners-up Sweden, Spain and Denmark. France also qualified on Saturday night after a 30-27 win over Poland, looking to reach the final tournament for the 16th time in a row.
