The match started with a score of 1:0 in favor of the visitors, the Argentinian Carlos Alcázar managed to open the score in the first minute of the game.
In a battle to escape relegation, Southampton doubled their lead in the 14th minute through former Gunners player Theo Walcott.

After the break, Croatian Duje Kaleta-Kar made the score 3:1 in the 66th minute, and the home team’s hopes for at least a draw turned out to be in vain.
The ending was crazy. On the 88th minute, Odegaard reduced the deficit, and Saka on the 90th brought an unexpected draw.

Having dropped six points from their last three games, Arsenal believe their top spot is under serious threat, while Manchester City could close within two points.
