Nick Kyrgios would win 5 Grand Slams under Novak Djokovic

Kyrgios supported Djokovic when he was kicked out of Australia and Nick revealed during the London Grand Slam that the pair were always Instagramming each other.

After defeating Luka Van Asche at the ATP Banja Luka, Nole said he could help Nick unlock his true potential.

“I would like to coach Nick Kyrgios. He would win five Grand Slam tournaments with me, but it would cost him dearly” – Novak Djokovic.

Kyrgios’ answer did not take long: “Hahaha… let’s go have a nice dinner and drinks instead,” the Australian wrote on Instagram.

While Novak Djokovic made it to the last 16 of the ATP 250 tournament in Banja Luka, Nick Kyrgios underwent knee surgery over the winter and is out of action in 2023.

At the age of 27, Kyrgios achieved a career-best performance at Wimbledon 2022, where he was defeated in the grand final by Novak Djokovic himself 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6(3).

Nick has 7 ATP singles titles and 4 doubles titles (including the 2022 Australian Open with Thanasi Kokkinakis), is currently ranked 24th in the world (his highest was 13th) and has only won 12 tennis matches 478,415 dollars.
