
CSA Steaua returned to the top of the Second League after a proud 2-0 win over rivals Dynamo in the fourth round of the play-offs.

The Romanian football derby had a gala atmosphere at the Genca Stadium, where both galleries were at their best.
Right at the start of the game, referee George Gehmann stopped the match after several flares were thrown onto the field.
Daniel Opritza’s men made a great start to the game and scored from 11 meters after Patrice’s foul against Chunchukov.

The Dogs missed several good chances to close the gap but were outnumbered in the 70th minute when Rezvan Patrice received a second yellow card.
In the 79th minute, the score could have been 3-0, but Mahrez’s goal was disallowed due to a foul in the attack.
