Danylo Medvedev asked the Monte Carlo fans to shut up

Known throughout his career for his “matches” with the fans, Medvedev arranged a “duel” with the fans in the match with Zverev.

Dissatisfied with the linesman’s decision, the Russian turned to Carlos Bernardes (head) for further clarification.

He was booed by many of those present in the central arena of Monte Carlo, to which the Russian responded accordingly: he asked to be quiet.

“Forget about them, it’s just between the two of us,” was Bernardes’ message to Medvedev.

Daniil (third seed) will meet Holger Run (sixth favorite) in the Monte Carlo quarterfinals.
