Olympiacos suffered a second loss (23-10) to Belgrade this season, having suffered a defeat in the first round, but for the most part lost the opportunity to mathematically “fix” first place in the regular season. The whole stadium in fluent Greek sang “You have something magical on your mind” for Olympiacos after the match was over, as the fans of the two clubs are brotherly.

Sasha Vezenkov was Olympiacos’ top scorer with 16 points and 8 rebounds, Walkap added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists, Slukashi added 13 points and Papanikolaou added 10.

Red Star Star’s first scorer was Facundo Campacio, who scored 20 points, while he also provided 8 assists. The “executioner” of Olympiacos with a record number of points in the competition after 17 points was the American forward John Holland. Vildosha and Petrusev scored 12 points each in favor of Dusko Ivanovic’s team.
