Simona Halep has been absent from the world circuits for several months, the last tournament in which she participated was the US Open 2022 (she is temporarily suspended for doping). The Romanian’s absence from the WTA is also being felt at a high level, with one of the most important players in the history of women’s tennis saying she misses Simona.
