After arriving at Beşiktaş after a loan spell at Everton, Dele Alli went on holiday but never returned to the club’s squad.
Dele Alli hasn’t returned from vacation
Senol Gunes, Besiktas vulture coach, joked about Alli at a press conference.
“I let him take a little break but he still hasn’t come back. It’s raining, so he probably hasn’t arrived yet. We are trying to find out where he is,” the coach of the group from Istanbul said with a smile.
At the age of 26, Dele Alli was loaned by Everton (to whom he currently belongs) to Besiktas this season. The player of the England national team got a few days off, but “forgot” to return to the first football league of Turkey.
Alli wore the shirt of Beşiktaş 15 times in all competitions, scoring three goals. However, he has not been used in the Eagles’ recent games due to a drop in form.
Dele Alli had the highest market share in 2018, when he was at Tottenham – 110 million euros. However, his development went downhill, and the footballer ended up in Everton, and then on loan in Besiktas.
Alli is now valued at 11 million euros.
