On the circuit in Jeddah, the reigning champion stopped the clock at the mark of 1:29.603, followed by Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin, 1:29.811) and his colleague Sergio Perez (Red Bull, 1:29.902).

Lewis Hamilton didn’t even make the top 10 in practice. The Mercedes driver stopped the clock in 1:30.599.
