In addition to Georgiado, Dora Gundura also improved her position in the world ranking of epee fencers. Thanks to the bronze medal won in the Acropolis Cup, she added 20,000 points to her collection and moved up from No. 9 to No. 6 in the corresponding standings with 125,000 points. The highest ranked Gundura in the world is 5th as of November 2022.

Meanwhile, their seventh place on the Acropolis saw the women’s epee team move up one position in the world rankings from 13th to 12th (with 177,000 points), a new ranking record for a representative group.
