Romanian internationals Radu Dragushin and George Puskas were instrumental in their Genoa side’s 4-0 win at home to Cosenza with a goal each in the 28th Serie B match.
Dragushyn and Puskas are approaching Serie A
Radu Dragushin opened the scoring in the 33rd minute with a header from Gudmundsson’s free-kick.
The Romanian defender became the third goal scorer in the last four Serie B matches, each time managing to open the scoring.
Striker George Puskas also added his name to the scorers’ list in the 60th minute with a shot into the short corner of the penalty area.
In addition to the success of the Romanians, Genoa scored Gudmundsson in the 57th minute and Jagiello in the 79th, and Denis Dragush was an inactive reserve.
Genoa are in great form, having finished second in Italy’s second division and straight up promotion to Serie A.
