FC Craiova 1948, just one point behind Sepsi after a win over Botosani – Kovesnen will face the CFR champion Cluj.

The team coached by Niccolò Napoli played another good game in front of their own fans.

Olteni mostly controlled the contention with FC Botosani and secured a huge victory in the battle for the last play-off spot.

The hosts had a very good rhythm in the first half, and before the break, in the 45th minute, George Ganea opened the scoring.

The second half belonged to Flavius ​​Stojkan’s men, who tried to restore parity, but the Moldovans suffered in the closing stages.

Goalkeeper Goureu made two saves on moments from Dragu and Pinson.
