
Glasgow Celtic won their 21st Scottish League Cup on Sunday, beating arch-rivals Rangers 2-1 in the final.

With Janis Hagi on the bench for the duration of the game, Rangers took the lead from the end of the first half when Japan’s Kyogo Furuhashi, left alone with the keeper, opened the scoring.
In the 56th minute, the score was 2:0, when the same Furuhashi scored from Reo Hatate’s pass.
Rangers got back into the game in the 64th minute after Alfredo Morelos converted a free-kick, but Celtic were even closer to scoring by the end.
With 21 Scottish League Cup trophies, Celtic are still well behind Rangers, who hold the record of 27.
