Giannis’ team, led by Greek Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), won the NBA All-Star Game for the first time on Sunday night, defeating LeBron James’ team 184-175.

Team Giannis defeated Team LeBron to win the 2023 NBA All-Star Game

After injuring his right wrist, Antetokounmpo finished the game at Vivint Smart Home Arena (Salt Lake City) with just two points.

Instead, LeBron had 13 points, 4 assists and just one rebound. Captaining the team for the sixth time in All-Star Game history, James suffered his first loss.

Jayson Tatum has the most points in NBA All-Star Game history

In front of 17,886 spectators, the hero of the evening was Jayson Tatum, who broke Anthony Davis’ record for points (52 in 2017). The Boston Celtics player, who played for Giannis’ team, scored 55 points, made 10 rebounds and 6 assists.
