After suffering a long-term injury and knee surgery, Janis Hagi started the first game in the starting line-up for the Rangers after an absence of a year and 22 days.

Janis Hagi, full return to Rangers

On 28 January, Hagi played the first few minutes after being injured by coach Michael Beale in the 72nd minute of a 2–0 win against Saint Petersburg. Johnston.

In Sunday’s match of the 1/8 finals of the Scottish Cup, the Romanian player started in the starting line-up against the team “Partick Thistle”.
