Manchester United made the wrong move in their pursuit of rivals Manchester City.

Just days after parting ways with manager Jesse Marsh, Leeds United got a good result at Old Trafford where they managed to take a point away from Man United.

Erik ten Hag’s side took the lead after just one minute when Wilfried Gnonto opened the scoring and just after the break (48 minutes) it was 2-0 to the visitors with Raphael Varane netting his own goal.

Marcus Rashford reduced the gap (62 min) and new signing Jadon Sancho restored parity (70 min) with his first goal since September 2022.

The “Red Devils” even tried to force a victory in the last minutes of the game, but in the end they shared the points.
