Niccolò Napoli’s men did not take into account the friendly atmosphere caused by the absence of fans and won by the most emphatic score of the season.

Aurelian Kitsu opened the scoring in the 12th minute, hitting near the post from the penalty area, which surprised the goalkeeper Iliev. The striker of Olten scored a double in the 25th minute, completing a transfer from Bahasa into the goal.

It was 3-0 at half-time after a 36th-minute goal by former captain Dragos Alba, who struck from outside the penalty area, with no chance for Iliev.

At the end of the game, Myron lost the ball in the danger zone, and Bachassa made the score 4:0 in the 82nd minute, after the success of Moldovan Vladyslav Blanutse in the 90th minute – 5:0.

In the 84th minute, coach Nicolo Napoli also allowed himself to change the goalkeeper, replacing the inactive Goureu with Robert Popa.

After this result, “Krajova 1948” rises to the ninth position with 27 points, while the University of Cluj remains in the 14th place, the playoff spot, with 23 points. It was the first defeat for Ioan Ovidiu Sabau in his new coaching mandate in Transylvania.
