Serena Williams can’t relax after ending her tennis career

In an interview with “CBS Mornings”, Serena says that it is very difficult for her to come to terms with the fact that she left professional tennis.

“I’m definitely developing. When you retire, everything becomes different. You put down the gloves, the bat or whatever, or the computer, and then you relax.

You practically go and take life into your chest. I feel like retirement is such an important word for someone my age (not 41). I thought, I really don’t think this is right for me.

I never fit into any mold. I just have to find a way out of it,” he said Serena Williams.

“It’s so hard for me to relax. I don’t know how to relax. I have to schedule it into my schedule. I’m not kidding,” the multiple Grand Slam champion added.

Serena leaves tennis with an impressive dowry of 23 Grand Slam titles.

The American won seven times at the Australian Open (2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2015, 2017), three times at Roland Garros (2002, 2013, 2015), seven times at Wimbledon (2002, 2003, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2016) and six times at the US Open (1999, 2002, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014).

He also won Olympic gold four times: Sydney 2000 (doubles), Beijing 2008 (doubles), London 2012 (singles) and London 2012 (doubles).
