The younger generation needs to work harder to have a high level of tennis

In his personal Twitter account, the Norwegian (19 years old) noted that the younger generation (of which he is also a part) must work even harder to really make a difference in world tennis.

“When childhood idols keep winning tournaments, we have to work even harder than before. Congratulations, Novak!” – wrote Rune of Holger.

As of Monday, Novak Djokovic is the new leader of the ATP hierarchy, a feat the 35-year-old achieved after winning his 10th title at the Australian Open.

After winning in Melbourne, Djokovic equaled Nadal at the top of the hierarchy of Grand Slam titles won in his entire career.
