Al-Nassr fell short in the Saudi Super Cup semi-final against Al-Ittihad (1-3) on Thursday night and Cristiano Ronaldo misses out on the chance to win a first trophy with his new team.
Cristiano Ronaldo has not scored a goal in two games with Al-Nassr
Brought in literally this winter after the break with Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo started in the championship match with Al-Ettifaq (1:0), but the goal was scored by his colleague Anderson Talisca.
The Portuguese made it to the first 11 on Thursday night in the semi-final of the Saudi Arabian Super Cup against Al-Ittihad, but this time too he failed to score.
Moreover, his team was relegated en route to the final act of the competition and the chance to win a trophy with his new formation was squandered.
