Al Nassr are in need of a new goalkeeper following the injury to former Arsenal player David Ospina, who has been sidelined for an extended period. The Saudis targeted former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.

Keylor Navas, who is wanted in the same team as Ronaldo

Coach Rudy Garcia has asked the club’s bosses for a new goalkeeper after the elbow injury suffered by Colombian David Ospina, writes the Daily Mail.

The management of Al-Nasr turned to Keylor Navas, the current PSG player, who after joining Gianluigi Donnarumma’s club in 2021, became a reserve and only plays in cup matches.

The former Real Madrid goalkeeper will visit Saudi Arabia next week when PSG play a friendly against the All Stars, which will also feature Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, the 36-year-old Colombian is not the only option for Al-Nasr. If talks with PSG fail, they are also looking at goalkeeper Al-Wideed Mounir, a former Numancia and Malaga player.
