Declan Rice, who is wanted by Arsenal for 80 million pounds

The captain of “West Ham” will leave the club “Upton Park” at the end of this season, and the “hammer fighters” are asking about 100 million pounds for him, writes the Daily Mail.

Arsenal are preparing an £80million bid and are in the best position to sign the player who will become the most expensive transfer to the Emirates. The record is currently held by Nicolas Pepe, who joined from Lille in 2019 for £72m.

At the age of 24, Rice established himself as one of the most important players in the Premier League and became part of Gareth Southgate’s national team.

After 18 games, Arsenal lead the Premier League standings, 8 points behind second-placed Manchester City.
