CSM Bucharest, the Romanian women’s handball vice-champion, announced on Friday the transfer of Denmark’s Trine Jensen Ostergaard, the European vice-champion.

Trine Jensen Ostergaard will play for CSM Bucharest

A regular in Europe’s most important club competitions, right-winger Trine Ostergaard has 308 goals for Denmark, with whom she finished second in Europe at last November’s tournament in Slovenia, North Macedonia and Montenegro, and also the bronze medalist of the 2021 and 2013 World Championships.

Trine Ostergaard joins CSM Bucharest from German champions SG BBM Bietigheim, for whom he has played since 2020.

The right winger was also part of the Danish team “Odense Handbold” (2017-2022), the first senior team in her career was FCM “Handbold” (2008-2017).

He has three Danish championships (2011, 2013, 2015), three Danish cups (2012, 2014, 2020) and the Bundesliga title in 2022.

In personal terms, in 2015 she was recognized as the best right winger of the Danish championship.
