Miura scored two goals in 18 games last season for Suzuka Point Getters in the Japanese fourth division on loan from Yokohama FC.
If the transfer goes through, the oldest professional footballer will be the fifth foreign country to play for, after Brazil, Italy, Croatia and Australia.
