Olteni opened the scoring in the 13th minute thanks to Aleksandr Krets’ header from Bohdan Vateela’s cross.
Craiova University were down to ten men in the 69th minute after Volodymyr Skreciu received two yellow cards in just two minutes and was sent off.
Chindia scored in the 90th minute, when Dora Popadyuk crossed for Daniel Popa, and the striker scored on the fly in the goal of Lazar.
The University of Craiova scores 32 points and remains in fourth place, while Chindia Tirgovishte reaches 21 points and rises to the ninth position of the rating.
