The French national team seems to be out of luck at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. After several stars, including Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema, suffered injuries ahead of the final tournament, another player left training due to pain.

Kingsley Coman was injured before the game against Denmark

Striker Kingsley Coman suffered muscle soreness and left a training session attended by all the players, including Raphael Varane, who missed the match against Australia, Reuters reported.

In France’s opening group game, which they won 4-1 against Australia, defender Lucas Hernandez was injured and substituted after 13 minutes, missing the rest of the World Cup.

France cannot count on Karim Benzema, Paul Pogba, N’Golo Kante, Presnel Kimpembe and Christopher Nkunku for the final tournament, all injured.

In Group D of the World Cup in Qatar, France leads with 3 points, followed by Denmark and Tunisia with 1 each and Australia.
