According to the results of the test, Năstase was detected at 0.40 mg/l of pure alcohol in exhaled air.

The former tennis player was disqualified for 90 days, and also received a fine of 1,305 lei.

Năstase is not the first violation when it comes to drunk driving.

“On November 18 of this year, around 00:00, police officers of the road brigade stopped a car for control on the street in sector 1 of Bucharest municipality while performing their official duties.
