Olympiacos was the star player in the men’s polo Champions League premiere derby. He defeated European champion Pro Reko in Piraeus 9-7 (1-0, 1-1, 1-2, 6-4).

Using the defense as a weapon, the Olympiacos players managed to impose themselves on the top Italian team. In the first three eight minutes there were … difficulties in achieving the goals. But the fourth was completely different.

The players of both clubs made their way to the opponent’s goal, and the good defense of the “red-whites” at critical points brought victory to Olympiacos and excited dozens of fans who were in the Piraeus National Swimming Pool. The Vuliagmeni left Serbia with a positive result, as they drew against Radnički 9-9 (the first Vouliagmeni: 1-3, 0-2, 5-0, 3-4).

Final in Piraeus

The first European Cup of the year will be decided in Piraeus. December 17 (16:00) in Papastratio will host the final of the LEN Super Cup between the women’s teams Olympiakos and Ethnikos. Girls from Olympiacos won the Euroleague, and Ethnikos won the LEN trophy.
