Monday saw the final two games of the 18th round of the Romanian Super League, but the break won’t be too long despite the World Cup in Qatar finishing after mid-December.

While other World Cups will have a World Cup break until the final of the big event, Romania will have arrears that could not be played due to the very busy schedule of the teams that played in the European Cups. In parallel, games related to stage #19 will take place.

CFR Cluj, FCSB and the University of Craiova will contest their debt at the end of November

Due to the fact that the 3 teams were participating in the UEFA Conference League, the Professional Football League decided to postpone the championship matches they were supposed to play and postpone them to a later date.

On November 29, the University of Craiova will play in Ploiesti in the company of Chindia Tirgovishte in a match scheduled for 19:00.
