Coco Gauff has qualified for the 2022 Tournament of Champions

Coco Gauf advanced to the 1/8 finals of the WTA in Guadalajara, while Arina Sabalenka was eliminated. According to these results, the player from the USA entered the Tournament of Champions.

Iga Sviatek, Ons Jaber, Jessica Pegula and Coco Gauff are confident of their presence at the tournament, which gathers the eight best players of the WTA circuit at the end of the season.

Caroline Garcia is also very close to entering the Tournament of Champions (the Frenchwoman will play in the 1/8 finals in Guadalajara with Sloane Stevens).

Currently, there are still four spots available for the Texas tournament, and the following players (some with high odds, some just theoretical) will be vying for them.

This year’s Tournament of Champions will be hosted by Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, USA from October 31st to November 7th.

Since opening in late 2019, Dickies Arena has hosted top concerts and sporting events, including Paul McCartney, Michael Buble and KISS, as well as the opening rounds of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, the USA Gymnastics Championships and the Bassmaster Classic.
