What’s next in the Romanian Cup

The playoffs, in which 16 teams qualify, are followed by the group stage, to which the eight best teams of League I will go directly.

In this round, the 24 teams remaining in the competition will be divided into 4 groups of 6 teams, two in each of boxes 1, 2 and 3.

Thus, there will be three matches for each team, one opponent from each nominal box. The two best teams in each group advance to the quarterfinals.

The Romanian Cup will conclude with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final, which will be played in one match.
