What is the Laver Cup format?

Both teams have six players. A win earns a point on the first day of racing. There will be three singles and one doubles match.

On the second day of matches, a win brings two points. There will also be three singles and one doubles match.

On the third game day, success will be awarded with three points. After the doubles match, there will be up to three singles matches (depending on the score in the table).

The first team to score 13 points will be declared the winner (total of 24 points at stake).

No player may play more than two singles matches during the three days of competition. In addition, four of the six athletes must also perform in doubles.​​
