Last-placed Chindia Tirgovishte in the Super Lig announced on Wednesday that they had reached an agreement with Anton Petrea for the coaching position left vacant after Adrian Michalca left the team.

Anton Petrea, a former FCSB technician, will take over as coach of Chindia Tyrgoviște

“AFK Chindia Tirgovishte announces that Anton Petrea is the new head coach of our team as of today. Also, as of today, Christinelle Shermure is returning home as the second coach!

Chindia’s technical staff will continue to include Irinel Voika (second coach), Dumitra Hotobok (goalkeeping coach) and Bohdan Hetko (physical coach).” – Chindia Trade.

Anton Petrea last coached FCSB, from which he resigned on July 25.

On Tuesday, the residents of Dambovitsa parted ways with coach Adrian Michalcea, who took charge of the team on June 7.

Chindia Tirgovishte is in last place in the Super League with three accumulated points (10-18 goal difference) and remains the only team in the championship that has not won a single match so far.
