Organizers of the Premier League announced on Friday that this weekend’s stage will no longer take place due to the death of Great Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II.

“Premier League clubs paid tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at a meeting this morning.

As a tribute to his extraordinary life and contribution to the nation, and as a mark of respect, this weekend’s Premier League action will be postponed, including the Monday night game,” the Premier League website said.
