In the first place is “Manchester City” with 1.064 billion euros, followed by his compatriot “Manchester United” with 1.001 billion euros.

The two Manchester clubs are the only ones in the world to have spent more than one billion euros on team building (including bonuses, regardless of the actual payout, CIES notes).
