Simona Halep withdraws from WTA Cincinnati
In the second round of the WTA 1000 tournament in Cincinnati, Simona Halep was supposed to play Veronika Kudermetova, but our athlete withdrew just a few hours before the start of the match.
Simona blamed problems with her right hip and decided not to risk a more serious injury ahead of the US Open (August 29-September 11).
