Decision IF a party does not participate in June 25 elections published by its chairman and former deputy prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Anastasios Kanellopoulosthrough an announcement on the party’s Facebook account.
Announcement:
“The inevitable polarization that will exist between the parliamentary parties, the fragmentation of the patriotic space, as well as the difficulties inherent in the party, dictate the non-participation of EAN in the June 25 elections.
Therefore, every voter has the right to act according to his conscience.
But we assure the People that we will remain by their side in all the critical moments that will follow the Motherland.
Our struggle will continue to restore democratic and constitutional order, restore institutions, fight crime, and restore citizens’ sense of security, up to the economic upsurge and well-being of all social classes.
Thank you for your trust and support.”
